Cathrine Vånge Singstad Cathrine Vånge Singstad has a masters degree in E-government management, a combined degree in IT and law. She is passionate about digitalization, security and privacy. Her background contributes to a good understanding of the interaction between technology, regulations and people. Cathrine is currently commissioned as acting CISO in the Customs Administration. She has previously worked as senior cyber security consultant Sopra Steria, been a Privacy officer, and has worked for several years in the technology environment at the Microsoft Development Center. Cathrine is an experienced project manager, lecturer, and is committed to engaging and involving the people around her.
Per Øivind Skard has worked with management, sales and business development in Orkla Media, Amedia and Edda Media for 15 years. Skard has also founded or helped start several companies in media, IT and logistics. He comes from the position of Director of Finance, Business Development and Sales in IKT-Norge and also has experience from a number of board positions.
Torgeir Waterhouse has worked with IT and IT policy in the Norwegian Consumer Council and Norwegian IT industry trade association IKT-Norge for more than 20 years. He now comes from the position of Director of Internet and new media in IKT-Norge. In addition he has participated in several govenrment committees, boards and organizations, such as Teach Kids Code, and provided advice and assisted a wide range of companies and projects. He is a sought after advisor and public speaker, and is frequently appers in both natinoal and trade media.
